What Ramzy Does

In her role, Ramzy supports multiple departments through detailed operational control and system accuracy:

• Stock Verification: Conducts regular physical stock checks—daily, weekly and monthly—and ensures alignment with records in the ERP system.

• Variance Analysis: Investigates discrepancies between physical stock and system data and records variances accurately.

• System Adjustments: Ensures stock gains or losses are correctly logged, maintaining transparent and reliable records.

• Raw Material Tracking: Monitors and records raw material consumption during production to support efficiency and cost control.

• Production & Work Order Updates: Keeps work orders and production statuses accurate, traceable and up to date.

• Finished Goods Recording: Ensures all finished products are properly recorded from production through to storage and dispatch.
